Popshotica Booking & Cancellation Policy

A 50% deposit is required to secure your event booking. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled event will result in the deposit being non-refundable; however, the remaining balance paid will be refunded. Instead of forfeiting your deposit, you may choose to reschedule your event for a future date at no additional cost, with your original payment applied toward the rescheduled event. Weather-related cancellations are also eligible for rescheduling at no additional cost, with your original payment applied toward a future date. Popshotica requires a minimum setup space of 14 ft × 11 ft × 11 ft and can be set up indoors or outdoors, provided there is adequate space for safe operation.
